Bridget Barnicoat - Paediatric Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Dance
Bridget loves supporting families and enabling children to achieve their full potential and gain confidence in their movement and play skills. Bridget works collaboratively to develop a comprehensive therapy plan that supports development and is fun and engaging.
She enjoys treating a diverse range of paediatric conditions. She especially loves working with children aged 0-12 months with delayed gross motor skills such as rolling, crawling and walking. She also enjoys working with older children with continence concerns, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries and uncoordinated movement patterns that impacts their ability to participate with peers. Bridget’s background in dance also allows her to comprehensively assess dance injuries and optimise movement.
Bridget has 2 little doggies, Wilbur and Bertie, who she loves to take on walks and puppy-play dates.
