No, physiotherapists are first contact practitioners which means we can see you without a referral. Sometimes, if a condition is likely to persist for more than 6 months, you may be eligible for an 'Allied Health Management Plan,' which can allow for a Medicare rebate on up to 5 appointments.

Unfortunately we are unable to bulk bill our therapy appointments. If you have an Allied Health Management Plan, you will need to pay the entire fee and claim back the rebate through the medicare portal?

Our billing codes are 500 for an initial appointment and 505 for follow up appointments. If you have private health, you can contact them directly to determine how much they will cover.

We can see NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.

An initial appointment is 45-60 minutes. We want to make sure we are able to assess each child thoroughly and formulate the best treatment plan.

If you have been referred to us by your GP or specialist, please bring the referral with you as well as any relevant scans (X-Ray/MRI/CT reports). Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring your child's usual footwear with you. If your child is 0-18 months and you have your blue book nearby, it would be great to bring it with you as well.

We run hydrotherapy every Saturday afternoon, and also can do 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions throughout the week.
