Developmental Assessments
(0-12 months)

Musculoskeletal Assessment
Initial 1 hour Appointment: $230.00

Follow up 45-minute Appointment: $145.50
(For children with injuries, migraine, post-fracture management)
Early Childhood Assessment
(12 months+)
Initial Appointment: $242.00
Follow up 1 hour Appointment: $193.99
Most appropriate for children with constipation, developmental delay or requiring additional support to develop and maintain gross and fine motor skills.
Allied Health Assistant (AHA) rates:
1 hour appointment: $86.79
Additional costs apply for travel, to write/review an Allied Health Assistant therapy program and to modify program throughout duration of plan.
Please note, all of our appointment times include 10-15 minutes of non face-to-face time for Physiotherapist’s to complete clinical notes, write referrals or correspond with other medical professionals.
Travel is charged for the time taken to get to all appointments and is charged at $193.99/hour for physiotherapy and $86.79 for Allied Health Assistants. An additional kilometer charge is also applicable for mobile appointments of $1.00/km.
Any cancellations or appointment reschedules within is 2 clear business days (noting that we are open Monday-Friday) will incur the full scheduled appointment fee. Please be aware of this policy when booking appointment. Appointment changes can be made by calling directly on 02 6189 8986, replying to the text reminder or by email to admin@canberrachildrensphysio.com.au. This policy is in place to ensure we have adequate time to call another child from our waitlist. If the appointment is cancelled within the timeframe but we are able to fill the appointment, we won’t charge the fee.
